Chief Sales and Marketing Officer

We’re seeking a Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO) to supercharge our growth and commercial success. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for someone with a high-level of initiative and an entrepreneurial mindset to join us in a senior position, at the top level of the company, to help define and shape our next era. 

Working with major brands and agencies, our specialisms include VR, AR, 360 production, AI and more, alongside our own specialist gaming division, and we have a range of innovative and custom-built product platforms that we want to take further into the market. 

Your role will include:

• Managing and overseeing the Sales & Marketing team

• Identifying and developing opportunities for sales and business growth

• Launching new immersive products, from a strategic and sales point of view

• Involvement with the broader commercial management of the company and its financial position

• Participating in pricing strategy and contract negotiations

• Following industry trends, emerging technology, and competitor activity to keep us at the forefront of our industry
  

Ideally you’ll have:

• Proven experience in a senior commercial role with a strong sales track record

• Strategic mindset with expertise in growth-focused commercial strategies for services & products

• Established network within relevant sectors (marketing, education and training, heritage and culture, social gaming etc, are some of the key sectors we operate in)

• Proficiency in CRM (HubSpot) and sales enablement tools

• Strong relationship-building and team leading skills, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
