  • Production Manager

    View job description

Immersive Studios are on the hunt for an experienced, organised and friendly production manager to join our team, initially on a 6-month contract. If a chilled out culture with a flexible approach to working hours, multiple perks and a host of big brand clients, such as IKEA, Ericsson and British Red Cross, appeals to you – read on.

    What will you be doing?

You will be the dedicated point of contact for our clients during the duration of live projects. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the creative projects, liaising with stakeholders, writing briefs, scheduling shoots, managing the post-production workflow and ensuring we stick to the delivery schedule and budget. The role may require UK and international travel to attend shoots – so a UK driving license is essential.

    What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills – one who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, whether that’s briefing the team or negotiating schedules with clients. You’ll be part of our wider team but you’ll often work alone so you need to be able to stay motivated and focussed.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a project/production administration role, ideally within a creative industry focussing on digital and video projects. An interest in VR and tech would be a plus, but a genuine passion for schedules, call sheets and to-do lists is better.

    Who are we?

Immersive Studios is a virtual reality studio based in Norwich city centre. We specialise in virtual reality, augmented reality and 360º video. We work with a wide range of businesses and organisations to produce mind-blowing, fully immersive brand experiences. We’re an enthusiastic team of digital experts working in one of the most exciting sectors around!

    What's on offer?

This post is initially a temporary contract for 6 months to start asap, with the potential to extend to permanent at the end of the fixed term. We’ll give you all the tools needed for the job, along with an attractive salary and 25 days holiday a year (prorated), plus bank holidays.

Our team are currently working remotely, but we are ideally looking for a local candidate who can join us on-site once restrictions are lifted. Either way, you can enjoy a friendly working environment where everyone has the same aim: to make great work and have fun doing it.

OK, so you’re interested, what do you need to do?
If you’re looking to get involved in a rapidly growing and exciting sector, have lots of fun at work and want to make your mark within a young and successful business, send us through your CV and a short covering letter to jobs@weareimmersive.co.uk
