Senior Production ExecutiveView job description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic, well-organised and experienced digital producer to oversee the development of an exciting new platform product for virtual events. This is a unique opportunity to get involved in an innovative and forward-thinking project, while working alongside technical experts and some big-name clients.
What will you be doing?
You will be responsible for guiding the development and deployment of a new virtual platform product. You will be expected to:
Manage the day-to-day operations within the core technical team
Liaise with clients and stakeholders to guide development and implementation
Identify client needs and brief them into the team
Generate production schedules and manage budgets while keeping all teams on track
Work cohesively alongside developers, creatives and project managers towards a common goal
Adopt an agile approach to working and potential problem-solving
Work well under pressure.
What are we looking for?
We’re looking for a senior-level digital producer with proven experience delivering digital projects/products. You will be driven, with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills – and you won’t be afraid to get stuck in, whether that’s managing a team, briefing in work, or negotiating schedules with clients and senior stakeholders. You will be used to handling budgets and keeping your team working within both budgetary and time constraints and you’ll be at home working within an agile working environment – able to keep going under pressure and respond to any issues quickly and effectively. An interest and understanding of digital products and/or platforms is a bonus, as is some degree of technical knowledge (although this is not essential). You’ll be based in or around Norwich, Norfolk, and happy to travel to London if necessary (and safe).
What’s in it for you?
You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside a core team of technical professionals to shape the creation of a platform that’s got the potential to transform the virtual event space. You’ll be given a competitive salary, all the tools for the job and a (socially distanced) spot in one of the coolest offices in the city of Norwich which prides itself on its creative, proactive and flexible culture. And you’ll get 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays.
