  • Production Manager

    View job description

Immersive Studios are on the hunt for an experienced, highly-organised and friendly Production Manager. We’re an upbeat one-of-a-kind production studio with a chilled out team, a flexible approach to working hours, bags of perks and a roster of clients that range from Yamaha and Arm to Harrods and Lotus. Interested? Read on.

    What will you be doing?

You will be the dedicated point of contact for our clients during the duration of live projects. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the creative projects, liaising with stakeholders, writing briefs, scheduling shoots, managing the post-production workflow and ensuring we stick like glue to the delivery schedule and budget.

You’ll be happy working across different tech platforms for different clients – on any day with us, you could be arranging a film shoot in the Maldives, an AR app for a department store, a mobile game for kids or an international virtual event. Some of our projects may require you to attend shoots throughout the UK or overseas, so a UK driving license is essential.

    What are we looking for?

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual with exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills – one who isn’t afraid to get stuck in, whether that’s briefing the team or negotiating schedules with clients. You’ll be part of our wider team but you’ll often work alone so you need to be able to stay motivated and focussed.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a project/production administration role, ideally within a creative industry focussing on digital and video projects. An interest in VR and tech would be a plus, but a genuine passion for schedules, call sheets and to-do lists is better.

    Who are we?

Founded in 2015, Immersive Studios is a creative tech studio based in Norwich city centre, specialising in immersive experiences such as virtual reality, augmented reality and 360º video. We work with a wide range of organisations to produce mind-blowing, fully immersive brand experiences that range from waterslide simulators to virtual property tours. We’re an enthusiastic team of digital experts working in one of the most exciting sectors around!

    What's on offer?

This is a permanent position with an attractive salary and 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays. We’ll give you all the tools needed for the job and team-wide support to settle in. Our team are currently working remotely, but ideally we’re looking for a local candidate who can join us in the brand new city centre studio (complete with panoramic views of Norwich) when we make the move back. Either way, you can enjoy a friendly working environment where everyone has the same aim: to make great work and have fun doing it.

OK, so you’re interested, what do you need to do?
If you’re looking to get involved in a rapidly growing and exciting sector, have lots of fun at work and want to make your mark within a young and successful business, send us through your CV and a short covering letter to jobs@weareimmersive.co.uk
